Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. No reason required.

How to return
Email us at ossian.styf2010@icloud.com within 14 days with your order number. Send the item back within 14 days of that message. Return shipping is at your own cost. We don't accept cash-on-delivery returns or uncollected parcels.

Condition
You may inspect the item as you would in a store. If it has been used or handled beyond that, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold payment until the item is returned or you provide proof of shipment. Refunds go to your original payment method and include the standard outbound shipping you paid. If you chose express shipping, we refund the standard rate.

Exceptions
Custom-made items, and sealed items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Faulty items

Under Swedish consumer law you have a 3-year right to claim for defects. Email [your email] with your order number and a photo. We cover shipping on approved claims.
